We are going down in ranking. The trick to get a high ranking is for the server to survive each night without dying. I'm wondering if we should change our mapcycle to show the 3 most popular maps.

that could work, but what i think may help is that we make sure that the surver doesnt hit zero. most people have there filters set so that empty survers dont show up. So! if one person stays in the map, people are bound to show up

I think it's a good idea to have the most popular maps, but that doesn't mean we have to repeat them over and over and over. . . . and over. . . .
Don't people get tired of the same maps ?

We must be overdoing Danger Canyon. We end a game there and go for a quick, five-minute relief slaughter in BG. After which it's back to another prolonged game in DC. >.<
Make it every third map or something. Having many different options and variants for the admins to change it to (on request of the players) is also helpful =3 e.g., Team Camo Shotgun Slayer, for use on Chiron TL34 (putput?), which I heard was crazy-fun.

How about Timber with Ghosts, DI without shees! (I think its a great map but shees ruin it!) and Geph with hogs only?

Think I'm going to tweak this again. Perhaps add all the vehicles to the game to see if it'll attract more players.

Ive thought about this for about 2 weeks, on a new map cycle. Heres what Ive come up with:
Dangercanyon Bloodgulch Sidwewinder Deathisland DangerCanyon Timberland Icefeilds Hangemhigh Bloodgulch Dangercanyon Beavercreek Boardingaction Timberland DangerCanyon Sidewinder Bloodguclh Hangemhigh Boardingaction
This way we arent abuseing Dangercanyon as much and displaying more expansion in our use of other maps.
